sunday, normal sunday

I decided over Christmas that I would start to periodically document all things Wilson using our new little video camera.

It’s not that I think that our lives are all that spectacular or noteworthy that we need video evidence for all the world to see; rather, it’s that I want our children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren to know who we are.

I want them to see us hanging out on their video screens and know that their parents, grandparents, and great grandparents were once young and in love – because in their minds they will have only ever known us as old and in love.

Plus, I want to make sure our cinematography skills are up to snuff before little Abbey shows up.

A video from the car ride home after church Sunday morning:

That was just a little update of everyday, normal life – nothing spectacular, just us.

Fortunately for you (and for the generations of Wilsons to come), it is not always the same old same old for us:

Beth makes for a beautiful pregnant woman.  She also makes for a lot of laughs.

I love my wife.

This is great Lee. “I want them to see us hanging out on their video screens and know that their parents, grandparents, and great grandparents were once young and in love – because in their minds they will have only ever known us as old and in love.” –Lee. That’s quotable and respectable. Thanks!
